<p>For Binghamton, I want to declare as an Economics major
For Baruch, as a Finance major.</p>

<p>I'm planning to apply for Spring 2012. What are my chances at these schools?
I would really like to leave New Paltz.</p>

<p>Your in for Baruch. You have a good chance at Binghamton since you’re applying to Harpur. I think the average GPA to transfer to Harpur is a 3.4 (somewhere on the internet I read)</p>
