Are you willing to pay as an international student for Berkeley? You should be in at McGill, University of Toronto, UBC, and any of the top Canadian universities and at a reasonable cost. Any reason why you want to go to the States for college?

my chance of admission to U of T and UBC are decently high (i’d say ~80-90% based on last year’s admission statistics), just wondering how they would be at US institutions

Berkeley admission rates are low even for US admits. Ivy admission rates are low regardless of whether you are from the States or international. Stick with Toronto, McGill, or UBC because the quality of education is just as good and the price is cheaper.

No financial aid for OOS students at Berkeley let alone internationals.
