Chances for top US colleges? Improvements? Advice?

I study in the number 1 ranked school in my country and I’m in 10th grade. We have an 11-year education system, so 10th grade is equivalent to junior in us high schools. Some stats are “predicted”
SATs:
SAT I: 2350 (800M, 780 CR, 770 W)
SAT II: Math II - 800, Physics - 800
TOEFL-113
2/248 rank, 4.00 UW, 4.6 W (school has own system of rankings based on honors classes, no AP or IB available though)
Pride of the School award - 2014,2015
Ranked 1st out of 900 students based on English W, CR, L, Sp testing conducted in our school.
Varsity boxing 3 ys - Captain 9-11.
City Boxing Tournament - 2nd place 9th grade
Junior Boxing Tournament - 1st place 9th grade
Water Polo: JV-SV 3ys - Captain this year, made national team year and went on an international contest this summer.

School Science Fair - 2nd place (we have about 900 students in our school, so should I include it?)
National Mathematical Olympiad 3rd place - 8th grade (do 8th grade achievements count if we have 11 yrs of school?), 9 - participation
I have some international participations (Asian Pacific Mathematical Olympiad, SRMO, and others) ,should I include them?

In the International Zhautykov Olympiad 2015 I went one point short off the medal (painful, because it grants a 4-year full-ride scholarship in the best University in our country), should I write that, if it took most of my time including weekdays for half a year to prepare for it and to get in it?
State Mathematical Olympiad 2nd place 9th grade, particip. 10, next one this year in January
International Tournament of Towns Mathematical Olympiad 1st place (9 and 10)
International Formula of Unity Mathematical Olympiad 1st place (10)

Volunteered at a mathematical olympiad of an international level w 400 participants from 16 countries, about 50 hrs
Jury at a national junior mathematical olympiad about 30 hrs
Tutored kids boxing for a year
Volunteered at WW2 veterans’ greetings 3 times : 2013,2014,2015
Took part in a youth national anti-corruption program
Got a Letter of Praise and Recommendation from the Presidential Fund (only I have gotten it in my school)
Volunteered at the local orphanage about 160 hrs, 130 of them teaching English to kids.
Worked at a milk factory for a month, 9 hrs a day in summer after 9th grade and same after 10th grade.

Recommendation letters will be outstanding (best student in career for both teachers and counselor, as they told me)

Most of the stats are current, but I added just a bit of them as predicted by me and some by my counselor for the remaining time of 2015, so as to get the picture of which unis to aim for in advance. Some questions guys:
1)Where should I apply?
2)What is insufficient in my stats for getting in the top schools of the US, say Ivy League schools or schools with that level? Like should I take one more subject test or volunteer more or get some more awards or maybe create a club or an organization or everything?
3)Does it matter that we don’t have APs and IB in our school?
4)Can you give me some other advice based on my info I’ve provided, like how I should spend the last summer on app or smth?
5)Should I include 8th grade stuff?
spaces are for easier read. Thanks a whole lot! : ))

I’d accept you based on your writing scores alone. That truly is a one in a million score.

Jokes aside, Whats up with your composite score and writing sub score? I’m pretty sure SAT scores can only end in 0. Typo?

Lol you’re right! I totes forgot that the scores end in 0s. So I checked that I took a practice test 2 months ago and got M780 W690 CR720, 2190 comp, 10 essay. but I aim to improve it through the summer. Like I said, some of these are “assumed” stats

@michaelcorleone - That’s a big list but a lot of it is fluff - you want to make sure you showcase the activities and awards you consider important. Take a look at the Common App - you will see it limits both the number of activities and awards you can list, as well as the length of the description for each entry.

Which scores are real and which are predicted?

WOW… i thought ur Einestien for a moment jk… dude thats a big list of wonderful achievments you would probably get accepted in Harvford university if u applied good luck bro.

You honestly have a chance at any school you apply to. You have ECs, great grades, community service, etc. The APs and IBs may have some weighting, however the fact that you don’t have them and took the most rigorous courses offered (and did very well in them) will balance it out. Colleges really don’t care about 8th grade stuff - 8th grade is not high school, therefore they really don’t care. However, I would think of some safety schools, because you should 100% apply to Ivies, but think of some top “Public Ivies”, such as Penn State, UMich, Wisconsin, William and Mary and UVa, but a solid chance at any school.

@BldrDad‌ well basically sats’ and toefl scores are approximate goals for this year and are currently lower. almost all stats for this year, including rank are predicted too. Even though we have no IB and APs, I’m not sure if they will take my school’s “weighted” ranks seriously, as I come from an asian country with a population of about 20 million.
And I shouldn’t write about falling one point short off the medal at the international zhautokyv math olympiad and participating in apmo, mosp and national olympiad in 9th grade, should I?

I heard APMO is really impressive so you should include that. And when you say MOSP do you mean the Mathematics Olympiad Summer Program? Don’t include middle school stuff. You could get into a few good schools.
