Chances for U Penn Nursing?

Hi, I'm currently a junior and really want to get into UPenn for nursing. I love how the school encourages nursing students to explore a liberal arts education.

GPA (9-11) 4.2 (Weighted)
grades - mostly A's except in chemistry and physics which have been mid-high B's (they are honors courses)
current course load: APUSH, Eng Honors, Pre-Calculus, Chinese III H, Physics I H.
Senior course load: AP gov/econ, AP Calc AB, AP Literature, Anatomy honors, Chinese III H, and Arabic
SAT: 1850
ACT - 30
SAT II: Chem and Math II, not taken but most likely in the 700's

EC's:
National Honors Society 2 years
- president
Biomedical club - 2 years
National English Honors Society(2 years)
Educate 4 All Club- 2 years/ founder and president
Cross Country (4 yrs)
Band (4yrs)
Volunteer at a hospital, 150 hours (2 yrs)

will have a job this summer too

Recs: English teacher will probably give a really good one, History teacher probably give an okay one

I am worried that my science grades are not good enough. I know that UPenn really wants a strong focus in chem from their nursing students, but mine have just been OK (it was an honors class though). I am taking a Chem subject test soon though and think I can get in the 700's.

Your test scores are pretty low.
What’s your unweighted GPA?
Your EC’s aren’t super impressive, either.
It’s a high reach.
