I am submitting an essay and teacher recommendations. I am, however, submitting my application very, very late =/ since I wasn't planning on applying in the beginning.

How do you think I would do? I really need to get in.

Anyone??

Well if you don’t want to chance me, can anyone answer this question? About how long does it take for them to receive my application from the mail? A week? I’m afraid they’ll receive it after the deadline or something, even if I sent it before the deadline.

I think that you have a really good chance of getting in. It may hurt you that you applied late, as they do rolling admission and may be close to filling up. However your ECs may have helped. By the way, I have never seen so many people in one graduating class!!

Usually deadlines mean you need to have it mailed by the deadline. So if you sent it out before the deadline, you should be fine.

Good luck!

I’m not sure about the large graduating class thing. It might be all the graduating seniors in my county. Haha. But that’s what they gave me on my “official gpa card” so that’s what I put. Thanks!

Does anyone know if there is a place I can check to see the status of my application?

For Honors, no, there really isn’t anywhere you can check online or anything like that. However, you can try calling Burnett and they’ll either tell you that you got accepted/rejected and your letter should be heading your way soon, or that your application is still being reviewed or waiting to be reviewed.
