President of an independent non profit Chinese Ethnic Orchestra (over 400 hours spent)

VP of Music Charity club in school
VP of scioly
VP of NCCA (children’s cancer support)
Over 200 CS Hours

I realize my gpa is low but would the other aspects of my application be strong enough to cover that up? Thanks for the feedback?
EDIT: I want to major in physics/astronomy and forgot to mention that I am in state

UC GPA is below the average but your SAT scores are above the average. UCI really likes those UC GPA’s of 4.0+ so I think it could go either way. If you have some great essays and EC’s, then this may enough to get you that acceptance. Good Luck
