What are my chances for mid-top tier UCs, USC, NYU, John hopkins, Boston University?
Any other colleges that fit my resume?

UC Irvine- In/Match
UC Santa Barbara- In
UC San Diego- Slight Reach...You better get other awards or you are gonna lose all points for that. Also UCSD admissions seem to look be looking at ECs critically and you haven't done anything stellar.
UCLA- Slight Reach
UCB- Reach

USC- Match/Slight Reach
NYU- Match
Johns Hopkins-Slight Reach
Boston University- In

What kind of awards...
My school has this thing called Distinguished Scholar. Where I take 29 1/2 semesters of AP and Honor courses and maintain a 3.6 unweighted cumulative GPA for high school. Does that count?
I also got some other...awards like. Athletic scholar... Should I put those in as awards?

find out about national / state competitions for something you're good at.. awards given by the school like "perfect attendence" are pretty meaningless..
and your e/c's are on the weak side.. do something that shows whate you are highly interested in (music, arts, etc) that isn't just a club, but something done individually.

hmm... How about nationally ranked gamer? I'm not interested in music...art..

UCB/UCLA: Slight Reach (in-state)
UCSD: Match-Slight Reach (in-state)
UCI/UCSB/UCD: Safe Match (in-state)
NYU: Match
USC: Match-Slight Reach
John Hopkins: Slight Reach
Boston University: Safe Match
