I got into Georgia Tech CS OOS, but was waitlisted to UIUC

You have a chance at getting into USC and Michigan. Michigan is kid of tough for out-of-state applicants though. You are certainly competitive for these schools. If you happen to not get in anywhere else, Georgia Tech is a great option for CS.
