Chances for UMD and Cornell?

I'm wondering if it is worth my time writing my supplement for Cornell... I have already applied to UMD (EA)
SAT I: 1950 (660M, 630CR, 660W) after 4 times this is the best I could get sigh
SAT II: None
ACT: 29 (27E, 28M, 33R, 26S) science and math scores are so embarrassing since these are my strong points
GPA: 4.0UW and 4.35 W (basically the highest you can get at my school depending on how many APs taken sophomore year)
Rank: 2/400
Major: Planning to major in animal science or biology to become a vet (I need to find a good school for grad school. Feel free to mention any other great schools for a prevet)
Acceptances: WVU & Arcadia; also applying to VT, UConn, St. Mary's College, and Towson
Coursework:
9th: Honors Bio, Honors Eng, Honors Algebra 2 (Alg 1 & Geo in middle school), PE/Health, Fine arts, Spanish 2, and US History

12th: AP Bio, AP Calc BC, AP Lit, AP US, and AP Stats
AP Scores: 5 on Psych, 4's on Chem & Calc AB, rest 3's

Volunteerism:
Tons of STEM outreach events throughout the community along with events held within our libraries through robotics. In addition, multiple food drives, toy drives, and other events held to benefit our community. (at least 200 hours) Volunteered with the MD Dept. of Natural Resources to help save Terrapin turtles' nests (maybe 70 hours) Multiple church benefit events to raise money, feed the homeless, and serve at community events. Raised money for and participated in Relay for Life 9-11.
Awards:
Multiple awards through school, AP Scholar w/ Distinction, robotics team has won countless awards although these are team awards.
Overall, my SAT/ACT scores are much lower than preferred but time has run out and I wish I had taken the ACT more than once (took 2 weeks ago) because I feel I could have earned a higher score. I also have just recently decided to major in animal science and had previously considered chemical engineering so now I'm left with minimal activities in preparation for my major. Recommendation from my Calc teacher who I've had for 3 years is good and recommendation from my Chem teacher of 2 years is stellar. Any advice is appreciated!
