Chances for UNC, Wake Forest, Duke

I'm a junior living in North Carolina.

Indian

670 Math, 630 Crit, 660 Writing - Im taking the two SAT II's in June. (Bio and Math II)

3.7 Cumulative Unweighted
4.45 Cumulative Weighted

3 AP's this year (Calc AB, Bio, and Psych) - Taking 4 next year

Ranked 45 out of 650 at a pretty competitive school (I improved a few grades, so i hope to be a little higher up, but still top 10%.)

EC's are kinda bland (NHS, Beta, etc.) but i am a swimmer and captain of my school team. I spend over 25 hours practicing a week (including weekends). I'm about at the level where Duke might consider recruiting me, but far from UNC. (Wake does not have a swim team). I still have two seasons to drop a bit of time in my events, but I want to start talking to the coachs early and hopefully apply ED or EA.

What do you guys think of my chances getting into these schools (with or without being recruited for swimming)? Thanks

You should probably get into UNC in-state. Duke will be very difficult (almost impossible) with your GPA/scores/EC's, and Wake will probably be in between since it's private but less competitive.

I thought UNC instate was much more difficult?

chance for duke 0.1%

Lol, im hoping to get recruited. I really want to go to carolina tho....

can anyone else help me out?

UNC is much LESS difficult in-state
