Chances for Undergrad Engineering?

Hey Guys,
Im a senior in high school and am looking to apply for electrical engineering programs. I have a 3.12 unweighted gpa, a 3.8 weighted gpa, and a 29 on the ACT. Thoughout high school, including currently, i have taken 5 honors courses and 10 AP courses. Those AP courses are: Euro, APUSH, Lang & Comp, Physics B, Physics C, MacroEcon, Government/Politics, Calc BC, Psychology, and Statistics. In addition to this, Ive been on the tennis team all four years, been on the math and debate team for the first two years, been on spanish club since sophomore year, participated in a school community service organization for the last two years, and am currently volunteering as a math tutor in school. Im looking to apply to these colleges in order of preference (and yes, i realize that some of them are a reach):
1. University of Illinois at Urbana- Champagne
2. UChicago (Physics Major)
3. Purdue
4. Georgia Tech
5. Rose- Hulman Inst. of Tech.
6. Loyola University at Chicago
7. Miami University
8. University of Illinois at Chicago

Can you guys let me know what my chances are for any of these schools? Even the slightest feedback will be greatly appreciated!

your top 5 are definitely reaches. try looking into WPI!

In my opinion, the top 4 are reaches and Rose-Hulman is possible. University of Illinois at Chicago is a good school but Loyola does not have Engineering. If you are interested in being in Chicago, take a look at my school, Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). I have looked at lots of admission folders here and you are probably in the middle 50% of our entering class.

IIT is comparable in academic rigor in Engineering and Physics (my department) to most of the top 5 in your list and most rankings put us at the same level overall as University of Illinois at Chicago (or a bit above). In contrast to Rose-Hulman, IIT is a Research University.
