Chances for University of Florida

I already applied to UF, everyone tells me that ill get in for sure, but im always paranoid that i wont as i have friends from previous years that have as good of better credentials that have been rejected.

first off my GPA isnt great, i have a 3.57 unweighted, a 4.54 weighted, although this recalculated my UF may be around a 4.02 instead (our districts weight APs as 6 points). i worry because i have not had an A in a core class since sophomore year, since i have taken 12 AP classes (passing 7 of 8). what worries me is that i just bombed my semester exam and got my first C in a semester ever. i heard that UF doesnt require mid term reports tho, more clearification on that would be awesome.

so for my extracurriculars, i have been playing football for 4 years, although on varsity on only my senior year, but we made it to state final four, and in the years i was there we went 48-5, district champ 4 times, and state runner up etc. (hence my low playing time). so i am not a very accomplished athlete. (I am, however, a huge gator fan and would like to either walk on or become a manager).
besides football, i am the treasurer of student council (student government) and i co-founded 3 clubs, school spirit club(prez) tutoring club (vp) and ultimate frisbee (vp). i created them all late in my jr year or early senior year. im also in just about every honor society.
for volunteering, I volunteer weekly at the local hospital and have over 200 hours. I have volunteered at a local Chinese language and Culture school, that attempts to teach the heritage to many of the american born Chinese students around, just like me. I have, as a leader of student council, planned and participated in the Headstart volunteering program, where we organize educational activities and provide goodies for young children in impoverished neighborhoods. Lastly as a part of the football program, i have volunteered for the star light foundation, a foundation made to provide food and activities for terminally ill kids and volunteered for the local Pop Warner football program.
ive also worked at a retail store in the mall for about 6 months last year.
what really worries me is that i have no honors, like almost absolutely none, i really havent won any awards at all. that and being Asian, im quite sub par for an Asian american student and i heard it may impact admission decision.
so im kinda freaking out since the admissions decisions is in less than a month
im just wondering if i would get it, and opinions would be greatly appreciated.
