out of state
....also think about applying to University of Miami and Tulane as Well, any thoughts or chances on those colleges?

and if any of those colleges seem out of reach, what colleges do you recommend that would be in reach for me?

i would really appreciate all input

in state or out of state applicant to uofm? trust me, it makes a huge difference.

out of state. im from Cali

its tough for uofm… i think you shud apply regualr decision and try to get ur GPA up

if i applied regular, and got all A’s first semester (4.6) do you think that would make a big difference?

also…what about University of Miami as well?

Let me ask you this. What will you do differently no matter what anyone tells you on here? Just apply and see what happens.

Have you been to UM’s campus? It sucks :stuck_out_tongue: But good luck though

out of state will be harder for you. =(

like i said fallenchemist, your 100% right im applyin either way, really appreciate it, i jus want some input

and what about UCSB being in reach?

U of M may be a slight reach. They like in state applicants, but it also makes a difference depending on what you’re applying for (applying for art would be different from applying to engineering)

btw the campus is gorgeous if you don’t mind walking and taking the bus a lot to get around.

Slight reach for UM, and normal reach for Tulane. Tulane has higher stats, accepts less students, and has just 27% of apps are admitted. Your ECs though look fantastic, could set you apart.

Please chance back!
