Chances for UPenn?

Hi,
Penn is my dream school, I've been aiming here for years. Planning to ED.
GPA: weighted - 6.8/7, unweighted - 3.82 / 4
SAT: 2300, one sitting. Math: 770, CR: 750, Writing: 780
SAT 2: lit: 730, math 2: 730 (school avg for math 2 is a 750 so not so good)
PSAT: 207 (Commended in my state)
thinking about taking ACT in sept, to cover up that bad math 2.
rank: 20/ 530 (highly competitive school)
All honors / AP classes all through high school (hence the weighted GPA...7=A in H/AP class, 6 = B in H/AP class..etc).
a lot of extracurrics, plenty of leadership positions, specifically dealing with being school representative in different things. also started a women in science club which I'm super proud about.
expecting really really good letters of rec from spanish and calc teacher.
volunteering : really into tutoring, do a lot of it.
extra: did a summer program at Penn in comp sci and so currently have a 4.0 gpa there. bilingual. i'm just a little obsessed with the school and the program that i want to do is very unique to penn so I know a lot about it and am hoping that my essays will catch attention as I believe my biggest problem will be standing out next to my outstanding classmates who will also be applying.
senior load: all AP, minus bio which is H level because i never got around to taking it. also taking second year physics.

sorry its not very specific, but any tips on application process would be great, like what should I ask my teachers to focus on in their recs? idk any feedback would be welcome. thanks!

also looking at georgetown

what college are you applying to in penn? wharton?
