Chances for USC, Berekley UCLA OOS

I am applying for Junior transfer to USC, Berekley and UCLA from oos. What are my chances at these three schools considering that I'm from out of state.

School: Vanderbilt
Major: biology/premed, economics (have almost completed all pre med classes except for physics and all lower level econ classes)
GPA: 3.7

SAT: math 790 verbal 710
High school gpa: 3.8 uw, 4.3 w
Ecs: Business Club, Hospital volunteer, and HIV research with professor

Would it be hard for me to transfer to these schools since i'm from out of state and biology is such a impacted major? thanks

Please anyone? I'd really appreciate it

You should be fine for all school provideds provided the completion of pre-transfer requirements at each school.

walnut doesnt know what he is talking about.

your HS stats dont matter, neither does your SAT score.

And you are applying for premed/econ which are the hardest majors to get into...expect your chances to be really slim.

mojojo-
is that true for usc too?

for USC, your sat scores dont matter either and your HS stats (after you complete 30 units).

I mean is biology also an impacted major at USC?

It will be hard for you, since you are out of state and, as you pointed out, Biology is always impacted.

But nothing is too hard, or (ahem) "impossible" for those who know exactly what they want in life, and are willing to make the appropriate sacrifices to get there.

Have you ever heard of Brian Tracy? I highly recommend his CD audiobook, "Goals - How To Get Everything You Want - Faster Than You Ever Though Possible". This has helped me immensely in my young career. If it is truly in your heart to go to any school, you can get there.

"He who would accomplish little, must sacrifice little. He who would acheive much must sacrifice much, and he who would attain highly, must sacrifice greatly."

Does USC care if I am in state or not? I thought because it's a private school, it wouldn't matter?

USC doesn't care, but you're going to have a very hard time getting into ucla, and berkeley will be next to impossible...
