Hello there!

I was wondering what my chances would be to get into Brandeis, University of Southern California, Johns Hopkins, University of California Los Angeles, Dartmouth (Dream school) , Rice, and University of Rochester.

My Stats are:
-3.34 GPA which is broken down into [3.11, 3.24, 3.60, 3.76]. The 3.76 is first quarter senior year, it can still improve. I'm counting on the upward trend to help, but I'm not sure how much it will.
-2020 SAT. I can still retake it in January, but I will only do so if it will drastically improve my chances to get into any of the above colleges.
-700 Biology SAT IIs and 720 Chemistry SAT IIs.
-4 in AP Biology and 5 in AP Chemistry. Im planning on taking 3 more APs before the end of high school because Im in 3 APs this year.
-My school doesnt weigh GPAs, doesnt have a class rank, and doesnt have valedictorians. Would this hurt me?
-Ranked 6th at Regional's Figure Skating Competition and am currently on a national champion figure skating team which will be performing in Ice Chips, will be part of the Evening with Champions, and will compete in France.
-Editor-in-chief of the school magazine which I started due to the lack of a student voice in the other school publications
-Team leader/ facilitator in the drug prevention program in our city
-Peer tutor in the sciences

Do you think all these colleges are too high / should I look at less good colleges?

Any input is helpful input!
Thanks!
