If anyone could give me their opinion, i'd appreciate it. i'm well aware the film school (prod program) is incredibly competitive.

Here are my stats:

I'm graduating a year early --> so this is technically my "junior" year
my senior classes are:
AP Gov't
AP US History
AP Comp
PA (syracuse u credit) Psychology
Advanced Comm. French
Chamber Singers (select choir)
Pre Calc Honors
(no science --> had to drop in order to graduate)

In the past I've taken all honors classes, all 5 main subjects every year, AP Euro... and oh yes, I started taking high school classes in eighth grade (they count on my transcript)

My GPA = 92.5 unweighted; 96.085 weighted
Rank = #26 out of 291 students (9%)

My SATs --> I'm taking them for the first time this saturday
ACT --> first time on Oct. 22nd
SAT IIs --> 620 on Bio (8th grade); 720 on Math IC
However, my PSAT score was a 1220 (650 CR, 570 math) or 1940 (720 wr)
I plan to get higher though, i've been studying, I should get around a 1300/1350
on the PLAN (practice ACT) I got a composite score of 28, and my range they gave me was 29-33

As for extracurriculars,
I've been highly involved with theatre/singing the past few years
tons of community shows, involvement in chorus, festivals, etc.
I've made a few short films on my own --> dont have much experience in the area, but I LOVE it --> which is why I'm def. majoring in film
I am a member of:
National Honor Society
French Honor Society
Tri-M (music) Honor Society
International Thespian Honor Society
Math Club (for two years)
SADD Club (for two years)
I've also done lots of community service through various clubs --> tutoring, mentoring

and if it helps, I'm a NY resident

As for the flim part, I have made about 4 or 5 short films. My main one is this Suicide PSA, discouraging suicide in teens.. I'm fairly proud of it, and anyone who has seen it has praised it highly. i know that i really don't have much film experience, but i am so eager to learn... when i visited 'SC I was SO excited --> especially checking out the soundstages and everything... absolutely amazing... but anyway my point was, I have materials to send in, a tiny bit of experience... and a whole lot of hope

so if you could be nice and lend an opinion, i'd love you forever!
