Chances for UT Austin(and other Texas Schools) outside top 10%

Hey CC, will you chance me for UT Austin(Absolute Dream) and the following:

Rice(Reach I know but one of my favorite schools)
SMU(Will I get in/ any Scholarship?)
UTD(How much Scholarship)
UTArlington(How much Scholarship)
Texas ATM(How much Scholarship)

Essentially I have to stay in state and I am majoring in Biology. Also, I ask "how much scholarship" not to sound pretentious, but I know I can go these schools. My parents wont let my go to, say SMU, if I get a lot scholarship some where else, which I am fine with.

PSAT- (2012)-151; (2013)-202 Hoping for commended recognition merit because I scored in the top 4%(Top 50,000 out of almost 2 million).
SAT Score-1st Time- 2090(690CR, 740M, 660W)
2nd Time-2030(760CR, 620M, 650W)(Will only send to super scoring schools)

ACT Score - Will take it this week but projecting 29-32(likely the higher numbers)

SAT II - World Hist. 700, Math 2 700-740, US Hist 780-800 ~ I took math 2 and USH last week and this is the range in which Ive scored on practice tests. I took these because I wanted to show colleges that my 620 SAT Math was a fluke.

AP: World Hist(5), US Hist(probably 5), Psych(Probably 5), English Lang(4-5), Euro Hist(3-5). These are predictions once again because I took these last year and scores haven't been released.

Class Rigor So Far: Moderately Difficult given that my school offers several AP classes. Have taken all AP or Pre-AP except for Geometry(Big Mistake-99 in the regular class but its regular so....)

Classes Senior Year: AP German 4, AP Bio, AP Physics C, AP Calc AB/BC, AP English Lit, AP Gov, AP Macro, AP Spanish 5 - Literally the all the hardest classes I could have taken mostly for class rigor purposes. I am also self studying the following classes and taking the AP exams for them : AP Physics 1 & 2, AP Env, AP Human Geo, AP Micro, AP Stats, and AP Comp Gov. Total of 21 exams.(Just to have for credit hours and to incorporate in my essay and get AP national scholar).

GPA: 3.4UW and 4.4 W(I think?)
Rank : top 12%-so close to auto but so far away in a school of 700+.

** I should note that after freshman year, my UWGPA was a 2.5 and I was in the 53%. I worked my ass off 10th and 11th grade and got a 3.9 GPA between those years while taking difficult classes.

Honors\Awards: lol went to HOSA Area Competition? Won a summer basketball competition with some church friends? School A honor fall 2012-spring 2014?

Extracurricular:
NHS, Science NHS, Key Club, STUCO, HOSA, DECA, Church Youth Leader- bad I know especially since I have only one leadership position.

Volunteering: Over 150+ hours and by the time apply maybe 200+. Mostly at church/hospitals. I will also have a job all summer and all of senior year.

Recommendations: APUSH teacher I got a 100 in, and my PAP Pre-Cal Teacher.

Essay:Should be OK, will get several people to review it.

Others: Parents make less than 110 Grand and one sister already in college. Both parents have only gone to community college for less than 2 years.First Generation American(Asian), and 3 people out of 7( only 7 out of 50+ have been to college in my large immigrant Asian-American family)of my extended family in America have gone to UT Austin, 2 of which became doctors.

I will also be attending UT Honors Colloquium which should help me get in as only selected, high achieving students are invited to go.

P.S. I Will apply late as I am taking an additional ACT and SAT next school year and hopefully I can be in the top 10%.

bump

I should add That I took the AP Latin exam as well in 10th grade and got a 4. I also was apart of AIME in the 10th but quit before junior year.
