Chances for various colleges

I am currently a senior in high school, and am wondering if anyone can enlighten me on my chances for admission to certain colleges, or any info about how having one bad grade will affect my chances. Throughout my entire high school career, I have never had a B for a yearly average. I have had one quarterly B in AP European History during my sophomore year, and it was a mere one point away from an A. As of my last reported transcript, my class rank was #10 out of a class of 388. My weighted GPA was a 4.0, and my unweighted was a 4.89. My ACT score was a 31, and my SAT score was a 1410 on the new scale. I have received the following AP scores:
AP Human Geography (9th): 3
AP European History (10th): 3
(These two scores came out of pure laziness, I will admit.)
AP Psychology: 5
AP English Language: 5
AP Studio Art: 2-D Design: 5
AP United States History: 4
(All of these were taken my junior year.)
This May, I will taking AP exams for AP US Government, AP Macroeconomics, AP Studio Art: Drawing, AP Calculus AB, and AP Physics C: Mechanics. The only non-AP class I am enrolled in this year is Spanish 4 H. When I graduate, I will have taken 11 AP classes.
My first semester this year, I had very decent grades. I had A averages in all of my classes. As of right now, about halfway through the 3rd quarter, I have A’s in everything but AP Physics C, where I have an A-, and AP Calculus AB, where I have a B-. It is looking like I am going to have my very first B yearly average during my high school career. I know this question is long, but I would like to know how much importance colleges are going to put on this poor grade in my calculus class. I applied to NYU, Columbia University, Princeton, University of Chicago, and College of Charleston. I have been accepted into CoC, and am waiting for my letters from the rest in April. NYU is my absolute number one choice, so I would love some input on how much that grade could hurt my chances to all my schools, but NYU especially. I am not going to list my extracurriculars and other traits, but I do have good qualities outside my grades. Any insight to these problems/questions will be so appreciated!!
