SAT IIs: taking chem and math in the spring
GPA=3.87ish i think (unweighted)
All classes that can be taken honors i take honors (which is three every year)
APs-Latin, Chem, and US this year and Latin, Bio, Physics, Econ, and Calc next year
Senior course load: all the APs above and an honors english</p>
<p>Leadership and in school ECs:
-started a club that sends donated books to africa
-robotics team is nationally ranked
-write for a school newspaper</p>
<p>Leadership and outside school ECs:
-working on a research project involving stem cells and cartilage (not allowed to say more)
-Summers: 2012 summer i did a medical camp thing at Johns Hopkins and worked in the Georgetown Hospital surgery center, summer 2013 i worked at the NIH and then at my beach house</p>
<p>Your GPA and ACT are great, and your course load is quite rigorous. If you keep up a strong GPA and get good scores on your subject tests (minimum 700), then you will definitely have a good shot at your schools. If this means anything to you, my brother got into Brown and Stanford with a 2150 on his SATs and a 3.88 UW GPA, but he was also getting recruited as a D1 athlete.</p>
<p>Those are all reaches for you but well within the realm of possibility. Don’t worry too much about other people’s “chances” for you; you’ll get in somewhere great :)</p>
