Your ACT is perfect to help get you into these top schools. Although your school is super competitive, I think schools of this caliber really want you to have straight As or only one or 2 Bs. Your ECs are great, but I would try to add a little more to it for IVYs. Perhaps join ASB your senior year and try some art stuff. Your medical involvement is already outstanding though. I would say you definitely have a good shot at these schools and definitely can count on schools like Berkley, UCLA, USC, and maybe even Cornell to be back ups.
:o 1-2 mil?
I think yale and stanford are reaches and brown is a low reach. I think you would like safeties such as URochester, UConn, and Northeastern. Chance back? I’m also interested in Brown  http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1576721-chances-updated-computer-science-will-chance-back.html

My school doesnt have IBs or ASB, but ill try to get more ec’s in

Your GPA and ACT are great, and your course load is quite rigorous. If you keep up a strong GPA and get good scores on your subject tests (minimum 700), then you will definitely have a good shot at your schools. If this means anything to you, my brother got into Brown and Stanford with a 2150 on his SATs and a 3.88 UW GPA, but he was also getting recruited as a D1 athlete.

Please chance me back if you can by the way!

Yale-reach
Brown-low reach (I really wanted to say high match but it’s an ivy)

chance back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1574644-please-chance-my-ed-ea-will-chance-back.html

Those are all reaches for you but well within the realm of possibility. Don’t worry too much about other people’s “chances” for you; you’ll get in somewhere great :)
