UW GPA 90/100
Taking 4 AP courses and other tough courses this year
I have already taken two AP courses and received a 4 on both
SAT I: CR 720 M 670 W 690
SAT II: US History 720 Math II 660

I am applying to Arts and Science department

I am aware that McGill does not care about either but I have great extracurricular activities with quality leadership positions and can get a few great recommendations. Would they even consider a resume and a few recs if I sent them? I know a few friends who did the same and it worked.

an2008: Arts and Sciences is one of the most difficult faculties to get admitted to at McGill. Your GPA and test scores are probably right on the bubble.
It just depends on the quality of the applicant pool in any given year.
You should also apply to the Arts or the Sciences faculty separately, as you
have a good chance for one of these. You can apply to two faculties on the same application and for the same cost.

Send the recommendation, but the admissions department really does not need, or want a resume, and it will get in the way and/or be tossed. You do need to send a resume if you are applying for the rare large scholarship.

How's your math sat II, is it reasonably above the cut-off? If so, you shouldn't be too worried, median scores are just that: medians. There'll most likely be people who get in with lower marks, and there'll definitely be people who get in with higher marks. "On the bubble" isn't a bad, or very worrisome place to be, in relation to mcgill admissions.

As always, though, mcgilldad is right by noting that you should most likely pick another faculty to apply to, just in case A&S doesn't work out.

Why do you want to join the dual faculty anyway? Most kids switch out after their first year. Do you have a specific program you're looking at (i.e. cognitive science)?

I actually applied to the Arts department and Science Department separtely.

I'm pretty comfortable about my SAT scores. The minimum score ranges are CR 620 - 650 (I have a 720) M 560 - 630 (I have a 670) W 620 - 650 (I have a 690)
And for SAT II it's: US History 600 - 640 (I have a 720) and Math II 540 - 630 (I have a 660) Well I'm minimally concerned about Math II.

I'm mostly concerned about my GPA, but we'll see.

I just figured out that I have to take another SAT II for the Science department; it says SAT IIs must include at least two different subjects from: biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics
