SAT scores from the common data set for 2005 admits show SAT scoresat 560-660 for the 25 and 75 percentiles respectively. The common dataset can be found here http://www.oir.uga.edu/cds/ugacds04.pdf

Per UGA, high school grades are the #1 criteria and yours are good. However good is realtive to the school and UGA knows Georgia schools. That said how have kids who have graduated from your school and gone to UGA done? If they have stayed in and made decent grades that validates your grades and provides more support fro your admission.

I would say that you are probably in given your grades. Your SATs are a little low, ~ bottom 40% of 2005 admits, however that could be partly offset by your AP scores which you did not provide. Were they 4's or 5's? If so another point in your favor. sorry about the pun.

I don't thnk you are going to get in early so make sure your essay is good as are your rec's. Your work experience is also a plus as its considered as well.

Review the common dataset There is a chart on page 8

yeah you're in, but just so you know your UGA GPA is a 4.05

How did you find that out???

yea im pretty sure ull get in early or not, if ur not in den in da next week i will get a big fat NO on my app. lol

you take grades in 10th and 11th grade academic courses and add .5 to each AP class

I thought it was 9-11, where did you get that information from?

from an admissions rep. that came to my school

maverick are you sure its 10 and 11 only??

Here's a response I got from their admissions department.

Hello Mr. Virani,

each semester starting from the 9th grade year will be
considered when we review your application for admissions.
