some chance.

Chicago does not rely heavily on test scores. Your essays combined with doing well in what looks like a rigorous curriculum will count much more. Spend time on the essays and you wil have a very good shot.

hmmm....yea hopefully i'l'l do well on those essays. i see a lot of replies from other threads that essays are big.

You definitely have potential, but again, we don't get to see the full package, so it's hard for us to tell. If I were you, I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about your SAT scores.

It looks like tennis is your most significant and time-intensive EC, and that you've been involved in activities throughout high school. You also have a really strong class rank... what sorts of schools do the top 5% of students from your high school usually go to? That may give you another idea of how likely you are to get in to supercompetitive schools.

Other than that, I would put a lot of time into making sure my essays were strong and showed clearly why I wanted to go... I don't think that they have to necessarily be creative or bizarre, but I think that they should say something about you as a person and you as a student, whether directly or indirectly.

write about tennis lol

nope no shot your life is overrrrrr
