<p>Currently at Smith College (top 20 LAC)</p>

<p>1st semester: 3.4 GPA w/ 2-200 level courses, writing intensive course and First year seminar.</p>

<p>EC'S: Debate, Model UN, Smith Republicans, Smith Christian Fellowship, Crew & Community Service.
Going to MS for Katrina relief project for Spring Break. Very Politically active.</p>

<p>HS stuff:
3.6 GPA
6 AP's
top 10% of class (college prep school)
Numerous EC's (paraphrased here) Tennis-Captain, Edit-inCh for newspaper, Debate-Model Congress-Mock Trial (Captain of all and MA regional Debate champion) Over 350 community service hours, worked as waitress....etc.</p>

<p>I looked up the number of transfers applied and accepted at each of the schools. It's going to be tough but if you can make a very strong case, you could be seriously considered. The only exception would be Middlebury- they don't seem to take in very many at all. Collegeboard says only 1 accepted out of 230. Yeow.</p>

<p>3.4 GPA... isn't Smith too easy? :)</p>
