Youre definetly in at fordham and i think you got a very good shot at Cornell esp. b/c of your grad degree and work experience (esp. b/c its with a non-profit)

I second ab_med's opinon. These are some pretty impressive stats, especially the graduate work and two languages. Is this person considering some field of international law, by any chance?

yeah she wants to go into international law hopefully doing policy work. She also was thinking about Georgetown but always thought it was too difficult to get in.

Well I'm no expert on law school admissions but it seems like she would at least be competitive for Georgetown. Her LSAT puts her really close to the 75th percentile for entering 1Ls, so she should at least have a fighting chance. I'm sure both of you have seen this by now, but here's the link again. LSAT numbers are in the 'ABA Data' part:

Tell her not to give up on Georgetown, esp. with the Arabic/French thing and Amnesty Intl. experience. It seems like she's exactly what Georgetown is looking for. And that's a mighty attractive application right there-- I'm jealous. Good luck!
