<p>I am a junior in prince william county (Virginia), i was wondering if i have a decent chance of getting accepted in to Alabama. I will be apply ED this fall as a first generation college attendee, i currently have a GPA of 3.1 but Im taking 2 summer classes and 2 AP classes next year that if i get straight A's in will raise my GPA to a 3.6 ( I WILL get those A's!!! ) I haven't got my SAT/ACT scores back yet but if they are good what do you think my chances are? </p>
<p>It all honestly depends on your ACT/SAT score. If they are in the decent range I would say yes. Take a look at their admissions stats online. </p>
<p>The Virginia public schools are so much better academically than Alabama. If u were a NMF & got a full ride, i could understand putting Alabama up there. But why on earth wd u want to pay OOS rates to go there when u cd pay in state rates in VA?</p>

<p>^^^ I got in with a 3.0 and a 24 on my ACT and 1640 on my SAT. You will be fine</p>
