anyways, just let me know if i have any chance at all. lol, thanks in advance

Although your class rank is good I think that your SAT scores need to be higher. My son was accepted with a 1450/2190 and his friend was waitlisted with a 1350 and was in the top 10% also. Can you afford to take Princeton Review for SAT prep?

I think you would have a decent chance if you apply ED. This is even considering your SAT scores. If you look back at the acceptance/rejection/waitlist thread you saw some kids getting in with a 1250 and some getting waitlisted with a 1400. If you are serious about it visit, get an interview, possibly apply ED if it your first choice.
About the SATs, it looks like your verbal is your problem. I would get the big blue college board book and take a few verbal sections. Afterwards grade the sections and analyze what you did wrong. This is the most important thing to do--learn what NOT to do next time. Memorizing vocabulary is not going to work. If you are not a big reader, start reading more over the summer. Some good books are: 1984, Animal Farm, Kite Runner, The Shadow of the Wind, Dan Brown books, or just read the newspaper every day. Don't worry about your writing score too much, because Wake doesn't weigh that heavily.
Just remember, essays are really important. I thought mine really pushed my application over the edge, because my stats were iffy (top 20%, 5 aps, 1320 SAT, but I applied ED). Good luck :)
