Chances of Class Schedule Affecting Admission?

Here is the main question I’m looking for an answer to:
What are my chances of getting into one of my top choices if I DO NOT take the most rigorous classes my senior year of high school?

I’m currently a junior and as I’m selecting my classes for next year I would like to balance a tough schedule with a decent amount of freetime to pursue other things including athletics, internship, jchillin’, etc. If I take only five classes and no science class specifically, will that hurt my chances when I apply to some of the following schools next year?

Top Choices:

  1. Harvard
  2. Georgetown
  3. Stanford
  4. Dartmouth
    …etc

If you want a reference point for my stats and such (that I had has of November) you can look at this thread: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1830590-honest-chances-at-harvard-stanford-georgetown-sfs-p1.html

Here are some of the classes I am planning on taking or might take next year:
Confirmed:
-Student Government
-AP Gov/AP Econ
-AP Comp Lit

Possible:
-AP Stats
-AP Calc BC
-AP Spanish 6
-AP Biology
-Independent Science Project
-AP Human Geography/International Relations

Thanks in advance for the help and if you have any questions feel free to ask.

This is a rigorous course list so i think you are good.

The possible is pick one? Two?
