Chances of Colorado Mines, USC, and Texas

Hello. I currently a junior at a high school in Illinois. I am wondering if I have a competitive chance of getting into Colorado Mines, Cockrell School of Engineering (UT Austin), or USC's Viterbi School of Engineering. My freshman year I took Algebra 2 and physics. My sophomore year I took pre-calc, and now I am currently in AP Calc BC. My freshman year was my worst year because I had a B+ in math and English but all the rest were A's. My sophomore year I had a B+ in math 1st semester but an A second. All of my other classes, including AP Government were A's. My first semester of junior is not complete yet but I have a B in BC Calc, but all A's in my other classes. Senior year I will take multi variable calculus, ap Econ, and ap environmental science. My unweighted GPA is a 3.76 if colleges count an A- as a 3.7. My weighted GPA is a 4.1 an I have not yet received my ACT scores. My class rank is 49/674. I am captain of my cross country team that made it to state, a member of the student athletic leadership team, and a part of community service club. My concern is that I have not taken any AP science courses yet. I love math and science and would like to major in engineering. Will I be competitive if I apply to these schools if I get a 30 on my ACT? My dream is to go to a great college. Please share your thoughts with and don't be afraid to be brutally honest if I am not competitive.
