Chances of doing classes online?

First, let me try really hard to explain my situation. I am 19 years old and have suffered with dyslexia all my life. My school just put me in speech therapy, which never really helped with my issues. Throughout school I struggled to get by and never really found a good way of learning the material because memorization seemed to be impossible, I mixed up definitions, dates, names… I could remember what happened the even/plots but that only went so far.

Finally, I dropped out of regular school before my senior year, I only needed an English course, I went into a credit recovery school, which did everything in a building but on computers and got both semesters of my English course finished in a month. Therefore, I did technically graduate.

After that, I moved out of my state to live with my bf but our financial situation sent me back home earlier this month… I want to be able to start college but don’t want to be tied down to my state. I also know most online schools don’t have the kind of grants and financial aid I would be able to get because of my disability.

I want to go into college for graphic design, webpage design, animation and possibly programming… but I don’t want to go to a school like devry because I haven’t heard very good things about them and they seem to cost more than a regular school.

I know I work better at my own pace and that online schooling right now is the only option for me because I would like to be able to not be held down state wise…
