Chances of getting a full tuition at Temple University

You have to pay for room and board. http://admissions.temple.edu/sites/admissions/files/uploads/188_1213_scholarship_info_sheet_sl_2014FINAL.pdf

agreed with ohmom, it only covers tuition. My kid got top scholarship at Temple(presidential?) and it’s $14000 for him since he is in state. it would be a higher amount for out of staters. And we are responsible for the rest of his costs(eg room, board, books, i think the student fees, and any other costs he incurs.

Did you get a full ride?

He got full tuition, not a full ride. not sure there are any full rides for anyone other than athletes and I am not sure whether the athletes get a full ride or not either.

If you have high financial need it may be possible to get full tuition (the Presidential) and use a Pell grant, perhaps SEOG and if a PA resident some state money too towards room and board.

good point ohmom! hopefully, the kids saw it too!
