They weight GPA higher than SATs, I believe, but I think you’d have a good chance. Those scores are much higher than a lot of the ones I’ve heard about here.
What is your unsuperscored? They only count highest single setting, they don’t superscore. However, i think you’ll be fine. When did you apply and send everything in by? And did you apply for summer?
it depends on a lot of factors. With high SAT scores it seems like you’d be a shoe in. On the other side is how your school weights grades And whether that is in your favor or not. It also depends on what major you are applying to.
Best tips from anyone is to make sure you apply by the deadline. If Penn state will take the 4.0 and 2100 SAT then I think you will have no problem. My D got in for summer with a 3.4 and 28 ACT which translated to about a 1980 SAT. But she applied undecided. Had she applied for Smeal or engineering, I think she would have been put in a branch. So unfortunately with Penn State there is not a lot that is cut and dried…but high GPA and test scores give you A Great chance.
