Chances of getting denied with an A.A.?

What are the chances of getting denied as a transfer with an A.A.?
My gpa is a 2.8

You’re probably OK as long as you aren’t applying to a limited access major, and you have fulfilled the prerequisites for your intended major.

Technically, FSU’s transfer requirements state you need a 3.0 GPA to transfer. While I’m sure that some transfers don’t meet that requirement (just like a small number of applicants don’t meet the freshman requirements of a 500 SAT score in each section), I wouldn’t rely upon that.

I would say your odds of being denied aren’t 0%, but aren’t 100%. I would say it’s a toss-up, unless you are applying to a limited-access major, at which point your odds are basically 0.

You need a 3.0 to be accepted without an AA. If you are close to completing your 60 hours, you can be granted a conditional acceptance

Take another semester at your Community College, get all A’s…bring up that GPA to a 3.0 then go about transferring.
