Chances of getting in as a Transfer ?

<p>hey guys wanted to know what are my chances of getting in as a Transfer to the college of Arts & sciences for Spring 2013 :</p>

<p>current gpa is 2.9 </p>

<p>any advice ?</p>

<p>I think it might depend on your major and what school you attended. Some programs are extremely competitive and I suspect your GPA would not be adequate for them. There are also other factors that will be considered like SAT scores and recommendations. </p>

<p>I don’t have any experience with transferring into the school and suspect few people do. MY son entered as a freshman. That may be why you haven’t gotten any responses. You might want to look at stats for freshman admissions…</p>
