Just wanting to know my chances of getting in UGA Early Action!

Classes:
Taken 3 AP classes and am currently taking 4 so I will have a total of 7 by graduation.
Ive also taken 11 other honors/advanced courses

Test Scores:
ACT of 30
SAT of 1860 , just took it again so hopefully score will go up a little bit

GPA:
weighted around 3.75-3.8
unweighted about 3.7

I am an in state student and both my parents went to UGA (idk if that improves my chances or anything)

You seem to be a good candidate for EA! It never hurts to apply EA as well and I hope you have because the deadline is in 2 days.
I would definitely just submit your ACT score as it is higher than your SAT and they only take the highest one (unless your new SAT is higher than your ACT).
Your GPA is solid and your rigor of 7 APs is exactly the UGA average which is a good place to be.
Legacy does not factor into admissions but I doubt you will need that as I think you have very reasonable chances for EA.
If you are deferred, it’s not the end of the world and just write some great essays and get a great teacher rec.

Rigor: Looks good and is within the middle 50% range of 6-9 ap classes.

UGA GPA: I am assuming your weighed GPA is based on UGA’s scale which also is good because falls within the middle 50% range.

Test Scores: On the surface they look good and I can’t imagine them denying you for them but may I know your score breakdown for both because in relate UGA only looks at math and critical reading (or English for ACT).

Other: UGA isn’t really big on accepting strictly in-state and having both of your parents work there can only be positive.

Those are very acceptable scores for UGA. There is a considerable difference between your English and Math ability, but not big enough to present a problem. I hope you actually intend on matriculating here if your accepted, which I believe you will not be a problem for you.
