Chances of getting into a decent college with these grades?

<p>I am currently enrolled in my senior year and i was wondering how my grades(Freshmen-Junior) would affect my chances of getting into a good college i currently have a 3.45 gpa
Freshmen All Regulars-3.0 and 3.5
Sophomore 1 AP 1 HNRS-scored c's in ap and honors first semester and a c+ in ap 2nd semester and a b in eng 2nd semester 2.667 and 3.0
Junior 1 AP-3.667 and 4.0, A in physics both semesters 2000's on SAT
Senior(Current Year)-4.0 as of right now currently enrolled in 3 ap
EX-Piano for 8 years,50 service hours
Chances of a UC or any college?</p>

<p>Calculate your UC GPA which is based on 10-11th grades only, so yes sophomore will have an impact.
