Hey, I need some help.

I am becoming a senior, and i am looking to apply to combined medical program

Schools that i am interested are
1. George Washington 7 year medical
2. University of Michigan (dentistry)
3. Northwestern combined medical (I am NOT sure if they even have one though)
4. There 3 are plausible ones. but if there are more that i do not know about, it would be nice if you could tell me

I came to U.S. about 5 and half years ago,
and i did not take toefl because i've been here for long enough.

my gpa isn't that great with high 3.9__ (weighted) and 4.3 is A+ in my school scale. (4 is a solid A)
Because my school is really competitive, 2nd in NJ public, AND my class being abnormally smart this year, my rank is pretty bad. I am looking in top 20%??
However, one thing that i am counting on is that my GPA from semester to semester NEVER dropped. Since first semester of freshman year, it ALWAYS went up.

Classes that i took are decent classes. As Junior, i took 2 Ap's. AP stat (4) and AP bio (5). I had 4 honor classes out of possible 7.

I took sat1 once, and i am planning to retake it.
I got 620 verbal (i will improve to 650)
780 reading (def getting 800... i made a stupid mistake)
590 writing ( I am planning to raise to 750. I am already getting 680, 690 in P. tests. and i have 3 more months to go)

for sat 2's which i am done with
I got 770 on BIO M. (93%? percentile)
800 on math 2c (90% percentile?)
780 on chem (91%?)

My Volunteer hour is about 150 now. However, i will volunteer 20 hours per week cuz i have lots of time left over and will make the total over 300 hours before summer ends.

I received st. micheal's book award as junior
I got into Columbia shp this year.
and i am co-president of Olympic committee. (Olympic is a big thing in my school)
and i only have jv sports.

What are my chances to those combined medical program schools?!?!?

Thanks...
