Chances of getting into Pitt?

This August I will be entering my senior year of high school. During the middle of my sophomore year, I considered majoring in pre-pharmacy at Pitt. But by the start of my junior year, I realized I'd rather focus on medicine and become an MD or DO. I hope to major in biology or neuroscience. And if that plan falls through, I've considered becoming a Physicians Assistant as well. With any of those fields of study, Pitt will be an excellent school to attend. Based on the following information, do I have a relatively good chance in being accepted (to Pitt Main)?

Average Grader Percentage - 98.16%

SAT (only took it once, with little preparation/studying) - 1790 (M: 620, CR: 590, W: 580)
...yes, I know they don't look at the writing component.

Class rank - 3 of 156

Honors classes taken (note that I come from a small school. There are few Honors classes and AP classes are practically non-existent) -
English (9th through 11th)
Earth and Space Science (9th)
Geometry (9th)
History (9th)
US Civics (10th)
Calculus (11th) - This was also worth college credit (Dual Enrollment)
P.S. I couldn't take honors pre-calc or biology in 10th due to scheduling conflicts.

I doubled up on sciences (chem 1 and physics) my junior year.

My senior year, I will be spending most of my day at Penn State Altoona. I am doing PACE, a program that allows "advanced" high school students to take college classes. The first semester, I am taking ENGL 015 and HIST10. I also plan on taking Chem 2 (another dual enrollment college-level course) or AP Chem online at my high school, just for a better background in the subject before taking it in college.

This may be insignificant, but my pap was a graduate of Pitt Medical School. He is truthfully is what inspired me to pursue medicine and why I want to go to Pitt.

Extracurricular Activities -
Cross Country (9th-12th)
Swim Team (9th-12th)
Track (9th-12th)
Ski Club (6th-10th...tore my ACL in 10th grade, waiting to ski until my track career is done)
Speech Team (10th-12th)
Prom Committee (11th)
Junior National Honor Society (8th-9th)
NHS (10th-12th)
Channel T News Correspondent (10th-11th...my HS's morning announcements...haha)
Volunteer at Church
Lifeguard at local water park and community pool

Sorry about the long post, but I figured I'd give a lot of details. Thanks in advanced!
