Chances of getting into pitt?

<p>I really want to get into pitt with a major of biomedical engineer. Im really starting to freak out over if ill get in or not. </p>

<p>3.8 wieghted GPA on a 4.0 scale
1260 SAT 610 Math 650 CR
I will have taken 5 AP's by the end of this year. I took AP US and AP Language and compositiion last year and am taking AP Physics AP Calc and AP gov this year. I also have taken a german class at a community college. The rest of the classes i have taken have been mostly honors.</p>

<p>I've played volleyball for 3 years, am in NHS, co-founder and secretary of Enviromental club, Student Council member, have about 100 volunteer hours (a number of those were spent teaching a child that had been adopted from Haiti how to read), and have had a job since january of sophmore year.</p>

<p>What do you think my chances are? also im oos. your input is much appreciated</p>

<p>I also think you have a great chance… my son wants to go into biomed engrng too, but I did hear that of all the engineering curriculum at Pitt, that biomed is the absolute HARDEST…</p>
