Chances of getting into Rutgers New brunswick

Going for Schools of Arts and sciences btw:
GPA: 3.3
SAT: Math: 610 CR: 420 WR: 460 (1500 ik its kinda on the low side)
Extracurriculars:
4 years of key club
2 years of future leaders of medicine
1 year of NHS
1 year of physics league
I also heard your chances increase if you live in NJ which I do, in fact I live like right next to the campus O.o So will i get in with these stats? and I am also planning to take the November SAT which got pushed back by 2 weeks due to hurricane Sandy so another question is wheater or not I should submit the online application and SRAR by this Wedsday, already have everything done my English teacher read and gave feedback on my essay too, but this SAT thing is pulling me back.
Classes I took:
History: Honors World cultures(9th), honors U.S history I(10th), honors U.S history II(11th), not taking history this year
English: I took academic English all four years
Math: Geometry(9th), Algebra 2(10th) (these two math courses are usually taken a year later), honors trig/analytic geometry, honors calculus
Science: honors biology(9th), honors chemistry(10th), Ap chemistry(11th), Ap biology and honors physics(12th)
Electives: Accounting I (9th grade), Ceramics and Sculpture I (10th grade), Human Anatomy(11th grade), Astronomy (12th grade)
World Languages: Spanish II (9th grade), Spanish III(10th grade), Spanish IV (12th grade)

probably 50/50

High match; should become a safety if you get 1700+. Or 24+ on the ACT.

As long as you can get your SAT up to a 1600ish, you should get in. I know that RU takes into account which school you go to within NJ when they calculate your GPA so schools in Princeton will be given higher weight-age than schools in say Newark. So what township do you go to school in, if you dont mind me asking.

@Dinomite I go to Piscataway township, really close to Rutgers New Brunswick, in fact the driving time from my house to there is shorter then my driving time from home to the high school.

I am kinda late with this but I got in!
