Chances of Getting into Rutgers Pharm?

Hi, I'm a junior right now and I was wondering what the chances of me getting into Rutgers-or any other PharmD schools for that matter-are. I live in New Jersey and I'm hoping for a school nearby NJ.

I was born in Korea but went to elementary, middle, and high school in both Korea and the US. I spent my 9th and 10th grade in Korea, and another year in 10th in the US. Due to the fact that I spent most of my childhood in the US, my GPA from Korea isn't all that good :( I talked to my guidance counselor about it and she said that it was more likely that schools would pay more attention to the grades I got in the US. What are your opinions? Is that really true?

GPA: 9th-3.3
10th in Korea-3.15
10th in US-4.0
11th(for now)-4.0
and I'm pretty sure I can maintain a 4.0 in my senior year too...
Last time I looked at my transcript, weighted: 3.4something, unweighted:4.3

SAT: CR/M/W-760/700/700(I'm planning on taking it again next March to raise my math/writing grade :/ )
SAT II: Planning on taking bio in May, chem in June, and math 2 in September
AP classes: bio, lang&comp(taking it next year), physics, calc a/b, chem(senior year)
EC: RCY VP(9), RCY President's Award(9), Green Doctors' President's Award(10), volunteered at Solidarity for Migrant Immigrants(10), 3rd dan in Taekwondo(10), president of anthropology club(10), Hyundai Piano Competition runner-up(10), in-school volunteering(10), pit orchestra(10), Children&teen's ensemble at church(10,11), Junior Editor of church newspaper(10,11), art club(10-11), mural club(10-11), environmental club president(10-11), future healthcare professionals co-president(10-11), summer school TA(10), hospital volunteering(10), Asian cultural club co-president(11), peer tutoring(11), national honor society(11), French club(11), math league(11), science league chem varsity(11), etc.

Sorry for the long post! I would really love to hear any comments/suggestions. Thanks so much :)
