Chances of getting into SCS vs College of Engineering?

Hi! I am currently a rising senior who will be applying to colleges soon. I am wondering as to what are my chances for getting admission into Carnegie’s SCS vs its College of Engineering. Here are my stats:

34 act (36 m, 35 writing, 34 r, 32 science)

5s in calc bc, apush, aplang, chemistry. 4 in bio.

taking a multivariable calculus/linear algebra independent study this year

2 comp sci researching things (harvard, njit) → one of which is machine learning research which I am trying to get published in Harvard JEI.

science olympiad, vice-president - multiple build event medals (e.g. Mission Possible),

vex robotics

fbla, webmaster - 8th place, computer problem solving (2x state qualifier)

eagle scout, troop webmaster

took the AMC but didn’t advance

state ranked musician

mentoring children in EV3 robotics

have 400+ hrs in community service

columbia science honors program

nhd 2x state qualifier (website and documentary)

nsda/forensics: degree of excellence

JV tennis

(have my own github page and music recordings to use in a possible portfolio)
