Chances of getting into selective college with several B's

I got straight A’s both semesters my freshman year in all honors courses (Honors Biology, Honors English, Honors Math 2), and straight A’s my first semester my sophomore year in all honors and 1 AP (Honors Chem, Honors English, Honors Math 3, AP World)

My second semester of my sophomore year is when I got my first B. I got 1 B in Honors English that semester.
As a junior, I’m taking 5 AP’s (AP Physics 1, AP Stats, AP Biology, APUSH, and AP Calc AB). I got all A’s except for Stats, which I got a B in.

This semester (Second semester junior year) is especially concerning for me since I am expecting to get anywhere between 1 and 3 B’s.

If I have a 1500 SAT, how will this will affect my chances at getting into a highly selective college, such as UC Berkeley?

I know that colleges like to see people whose grades have been improving over the course of high school, but how would they respond to someone whose grades actually got worse?

Your grades got “worse” while taking 5 AP’s! Good grief. Still very impressive! Put your best foot forward, apply to several UC’s, and make sure and find a safety (a school you are highly assured of admission, that you can afford AND that you would be happy to attend). And don’t sweat the things you can’t change about your academic record.
