I’d suggest retaking the SAT to boost your chances. Which major are you applying to? Also, if your rank is 24 out of 71 (as stated above), you are top 33%, not top 25%.
Rank isn’t too bad, however your SAT might hurt you. I would advice you to get into the top 20% and bump your score up to a 1650.
