Chances Of Getting Into These Schools

So I've really been stressing out about what my chances are getting into these schools. I want to find the perfect college but I'm afraid they're either too hard or too easy. Anyway about my criteria:

There is an extremely evident growth in my academic performance. I started with a 3.1 gpa in freshman year taking 2 honors and the rest average. The next year I took 1 honors and the rest average and got a 3.4. Junior year I took 1 honors and got a 3.7. Based on those 3 years my average gpa is a 3.4. Now for senior year, based on the first term which just ended, I am taking 1 ap, 3 honors, and 2 average classes and have done pretty well. The gpa has not been officially updated but from what I know I have at least a 4.0, but I think a little higher. So if I keep the scores that high I should have about a 3.55 gpa weighted average by the end of the first semester.

I also have a 28 on the act.

On a side note my school is pretty competitive. It's a blue ribbon public school.

Lastly when it comes to extra curricular's, that's another thing where there is evident growth. In 9th and 10th grade I joined several school clubs but they were random and I never really enjoyed them. Last year and this year however, I'm doing a bunch of volunteer work that are particular focused around children like big brother, staffing middle school dances, and going to the middle school and just playing with them and helping with homework. The past 3 summers I have worked as a full time counselor for 8 weeks. This year I am also volunteering at a local hospital and may soon work there. All 4 years I have participated in staffing town organized events.

Plus my main focus for a career is in the medical field and have gotten straight A's in biology, chemistry, and anatomy/ physiology. I also doubled up in the sciences this year in place of Spanish.

So here are the colleges I'm applying to that I would really want to attend in order:

Northeastern (My biggest reach, not expecting to be accepted)
University of Texas-Austin (My uncle is a professor there, I don't know if that will help my chances)
University of Vermont
Ohio State University
Clark University
Umass Amherst
Hofstra University (Haven't visited but I like how it's close to NYC, and it's a safety)

So there they are. As you might be able to tell I want to be as close to the city as possible (liberal as possible too) while going somewhere with well known academic standings.

Tell me what you guys think, and if you have any more suggestions I would love to hear them. Thanks for taking the time to read all this.

Hofstra is a match, so is UV and Ohio. Umass, and clark are mid-reaches. UT and NU are definitely reach schools. If your weighted gpa is 3.55 I don’t think that’s enough for NU or UT. Although your gpa increased throughout the years your dropping of an honors class may count against you.
