<p>Your SATs are strong though your GPA is a little low for Michigan and Berkeley Engineering. That said, I suspect that both will welcome your no-scholarship-financial-aid-full-pay-out-of-state-tuition check very gladly.</p>
<p>Purdue, Case-Western and URochester are probably worth looking at as match/safety options.</p>

<p>As a side note, I’d recommend looking into Case Western anyway. It’s a very valuable school that can give a lot of financial aid with good grades. My brother got a full ride and went off to work right out of college for a national defense contractor with a high starting salary.</p>
