chances of getting into UC Berkeley

My top school choice is UC Berkley. I am a California resident.
I am looking for some guidance/tips/let me know what you think my CHANCES of getting into the following schools are!:
UC Berkeley, UC San Diego, NYU, University of Wisconsin)

9th grade:

Spanish 1: A-
Hebrew 1: B+
Chemistry: B
Honors Geometry: B
History: B+
English: B+
Honors Jewish law: A

Drawing: A
Physical Ed: A

10th grade:
Spanish 2: A
Hebrew 2: A-
Biology: A-
Honors Alg. 2: B
Honors History: B
English: B
Honors Jewish law: A-

Physical Ed: A

11th grade classes: (assuming I do get these grades)
Spanish 3: A
Hebrew 3: A
Honors Pre-Calc: A-
Honors History: B+
Honors English: B
Honors Jewish law: A-
AP Bio: B

ALONG with this:
an sat score around 2200 (i have a tutor and am working to get a high score)
a pretty good essay and pretty good recommendation
a strong focus on my extra curricular activities from 11th to 12th grade (I started late but am planning on committing a lot of my time in 11th grade and 12th grade. I am confident my extracurriculars will do a decent job of standing out. It is something no one does. And I will be very dedicated to it. Just don't want to say what it is exactly... it may even involve writing a book in senior year which will be published by amazon.)

What are my chances? How much do extra curricular activities really count?
I feel like I really screwed up in my 9th and 10th grade, especially 9th. It looks like waaay too many Bs.
Anyway, I would appreciate help/tell me if you think I have a chance of getting in/tips!!
THANK YOU. MUCH APPRECIATED

class rank (top5%)?? around 2200? check the sat thread and see how many people are complaining about what they thought theyld get vs wha they got. take that sat and then you should have a better idea.

Probably a reach, since your UC admissions GPA will probably be around 3.8 based on an unweighted 3.5 plus honors courses (note: UC admissions GPA does not include 9th grade course grades, although the comprehensive review process at Berkeley will see them). According to 2009 UC StatFinder data, one needed a UC admissions GPA of >=4.2, or a UC admissions GPA of 4.0 plus 700+ on each SAT section to have a good chance of admission to Berkeley L&S. Selectivity has probably increased since then.

Note that NYU and Wisconsin may not be too good with financial aid for you.
