Chances of getting into UC Santa Barbara of UCSD?

Hello!

Recently I've been worried about my chances of getting into a UC -- Particularly UCSD or Santa Barbara (my number one) because my junior GPA dropped to a 3.17 :( My cumulative GPA is, however, 3.44 -- still below the average for both schools, I know.

My SAT score is 1830 (I plan to retake it), I play piano and guitar, and I am the vice president for a community service club at my school, and I am a member in another community service club. My club goes over to a local place to cook food for people who's family members reside in the neighboring hospital. My mother owns a restaurant at which I help her. I do school theater, as well as local theater (they usually overlap, so I come home at 9 at night many nights) and over the summer, I have been volunteering at a local theater for three hours a day (around 40 +hours this whole month). Last year I took two AP classes, and senior year I will also take two.

However, my SAT score is on the average side, and my gpa is definitely on the low side -__- so I'm really REALLY worried.

Also, this summer I am going to Los Angeles on my own (I live in CA, but I live about 300 miles from LA) to study acting and film as part of an acting class. Would that help my resume in anyway?

What are my chances?
