What are my chances for getting into UCLA, USC, UCSB, or UCSD?
Although UC’s are very GPA focused, for the top UC’s you need the whole package: Competitive GPA, Test scores, EC’s , LOR’s and essays.
UC’s do not consider race/ethnicity in their admission decisions but it could help you at USC. My question is if you have test anxiety? (Or this only for the SAT?), how do you think you will compete in college when many course grades will based on a few exams and nothing else?
UCLA/USC/UCSD/UCSB will be tough since your test scores are below the 25th percentile but possible.
It might depend on your major. USC is very motivated with URM and first generation, but it is a very expensive school… Will you qualify for need-based aid?
