Chances of Getting into UC's?

Would a 2.9 GPA at ccc major Business, Accounting likely to get into UCI, UCLA, Cal state Fullerton or UCBerkeley? or any other UCs?

Also since UCI and UCLA is a business econ major, when applying to those school what exactly do you do? Do you change your major as buss econ and minoring in accounting?

And is it true that UC's have minimum of 3.2 GPA to get in now? I heard that what they admission people do now, is that they first look at ur GPA and put them in two categories, one being higher than 3.2, worth looking at and lower than 3.2, automatic rejection?

Helpppp....

UCs require a minimum 3.0 GPA.
